Climate Controls Ltd, in association with Deforche nv of Belgium, have recently completed a new garden centre and farm shop for Garnett’s Gardens of Suffolk.
The new structure is based on a double widespan with 9.60m gable ends.
The farm shop walls have insulated paneling and overclad with shiplap timber and roofed with a terrracota pantile style insulated panel.
The glasshouse section is clad with 16mm triple wall polycarbonate with a 4mm toughened glass internal partition wall.
Centre owner David Garnett said:
“The new farm shop building and retail pot plant glasshouse has been sympathetically designed to blend in well with the Suffolk countryside.
We have been getting numerous compliments from our customers with regard to the new structure. On the business front, since we opened the doors to the shop,
we have yielded nearly a 20% increase in both footfall and turnover in what has been recognised as a difficult trading season."
